SIQAF task force meeting - taking the project to the next level

This week, the European Qualification framework (EQF) project has taken some big steps towards an International Sector Qualification Framework for Active Leisure. On Wednesday 16 November, the SIQAF consortium consisting of representatives from the Outdoor (EC-OE) and the fitness sector (EuropeActive) met for the second task force meeting in Athens.

The meeting has been very fruitful with intense discussions, follow-up and detailed forward-planning on the next steps of the project: a Sector Qualification Framework which will be taken through the stages of referencing directly to the European Qualification framework (EQF).

The next meeting will take place in March 2016 in Mijoux, France.
